i need help my tumblina goddesses,
i’ve been binge-purging the last 2 days and my binging mentality is so fucked up. like my stomach will be hurting because it’s so full but i still keep mindlessly eating.
i guess what i need help with is…
what can i do or think when i’m caught in a binge to make myself stop eating?
